A church entrance opens far more often than a typical residential door, so we spec hardware accordingly — heavy-duty, ball-bearing or continuous geared hinges, commercial-grade closers, and weatherstripping designed to hold a seal through daily use across seasons. This is a different hardware tier than what's used on a standard front door, and it's specified by default on church projects, not offered as an upsell.
